When are Babies Finally Present?

I was giving a talk in January when someone asked me when are babies fully present in our Earthly dimensions. I asked my guides to show me, and by the age of three a child will be behind a dimensional veil but pressed up against it as if to push straight through. Sometime in the following months they will emerge into our world from the other side of the veil.
I have a baby granddaughter. I looked to see where she was in relation to this veil, and she was behind it, not pressed close to it at all. Behind her are myriad streams of light tying her into the universe, connecting her to everything out there and providing her with love and energy.
When I’m out with this baby I see every eye turning to look at her, especially among the older people closest to death. But even teenagers will say “look at the baby.” I think we want to be closer to the love energy we knew when we were small.
